Highways – how to report problems

 Reporting faults on highways in Warwickshire:https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/corporate/ofr.nsf/ofr4?openform

to report faults in the highway that are not likely to cause personal injury or damage. If in your opinion the fault is dangerous please contact the Customer Service Centre on 01926 412515 between 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and between 08:30 – 16:30 on Friday, or in extreme cases contact your nearest police station.

Reporting faults on a bridge or culvert: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/corporate/ofr.nsf/ofr2?openform to report problems you have encountered on bridges/culverts that are not urgent. If you believe that the problem could cause personal injury or damage property then please telephone Warwickshire (01926) 476822 in between the hours of 08:00 -17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 -16:00 on Friday, or in extreme cases, contact your nearest police station.

 Reporting faults on a right of way:https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/corporate/ofr.nsf/ofr1?openform to report problems you have encountered on rights of way (footpaths, bridleways, byways) in Warwickshire. If there is immediate or unavoidable danger to the public you should also report the matter directly to the local police.

Reporting faults with street lighting:https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/corporate/ofr.nsf/ofr3?openform to report routine street lighting problems only. If you believe that the fault needs attending to within 24 hours please telephone the details on 01926 736 547 between 08:00-17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:00-16:30 on Friday, or in extreme cases contact your nearest police station.
