Stoneleigh and Ashow Joint Parish Council usually meet on the second Thursday of each month except in August when there is no meeting. Members of the public are invited to attend and to speak at the invitation of the Chairman during the Public Session.

Six unpaid Councillors represent the two  Wards of Stoneleigh and Ashow . The Chairman of the Council is Richard Hancox and the Parish Clerk is Sarah Windridge. Stoneleigh Village itself has four Councillors.

The Parish Council is supported by Warwick District Councillors Nick Harrington and Pam Redford and Warwick County Councillor Wallace Redford. Matters of planning and the provision of services in both Wards are considered at meetings.

The 2015-2016 “precept” for both Wards is £15,975. An annual grant is given to the Stoneleigh and Ashow News and a contribution given to the upkeep of the churchyard. The swings in the Village Hall Playing Fields are inspected annually. The financial year runs from April 1st to March 31st and the auditor of accounts is Grant Thornton,Royal Liver Building, Liverpool,  to whom any enquiries about accounts should be directed.
